Gas metering units
Gas metering units, produced by the "INTRA EM" company are installed in the block box or on the support frames and are designed for measuring and registration of the natural gas volume flow reduced to standard conditions as well as for determination of its quality indicators, including component composition, density, moisture content, calorific value and Wobbe index. Rotary, turbine, vortex and ultrasonic meters are used in production of metering units. Electronic converters that ensure high measurement accuracy of gas volume are used to calculate the normal volume.
Flow measurement unit consists of:
- Gas meters (with input and output sections)
- Sets of pressure sensors and temperature transmitters
- Quality control units with analytical equipment mounted within them
- Sets of shut-off valves
- Automatic control system
- block-type building of support frames
